ARRIVE ON TIME

To avoid possibly having your appointment rescheduled or loss of deposit, please arrive to the shop on time. Communication with your artist is key.

DO NOT COME INTOXICATED

It is recommended that you do not drink any alcohol for 24 hours prior to your tattoo appointment. Alcohol has negative effects on your blood & will hinder the tattooing process. Please don’t be that person.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I BRING?

Besides your ID…Phone, headphones, phone charger, gum, sunglasses, a blanket or towel are all useful items if your tattoo will be more then an hour.

WHAT NOT TO BRING?

No Minors are allowed in the shop. Kids are great, but not at a tattoo shop. Please make the appropriate arrangements prior to your appointment.

We have a limited amount of space in each station. Please do not bring friends or family, they will not be allowed to accompany you into the tattoo area.

HYGIENE

VERY IMPORTANT- Do not use any type of numbing product without checking with your artist first.

A fresh tattoo is an open wound. To reduce the risk of infection it’s best to come in on the day of your appointment with the highest level of cleanliness possible.

Use deodorant and avoid wearing any strong scents as a kindness to your artist.

No lotion on the area to be tattooed on the day of you session. Do not shave the area the day of, please allow your artist to take care of this process for you. For areas with considerable amounts of hair, you may trim the hair down low with clippers but do not shave the area.

WEAR APPROPRIATE CLOTHING

In order to access the area in which your tattoo will be, make sure to wear the appropriate clothing. Loose fitting shirts/tank tops/shorts/pants, bathing suits, button up shirts that can be worn backwards, are all examples of things that will make the process easier for everyone. It’s also recommended that you wear black colored clothing, or something that you won’t care if it gets stained with ink. If in doubt, call the shop and ask.

EAT & STAY HYDRATED

It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to eat & properly hydrate prior to your tattoo appointment, especially for long sessions. This helps to avoid feeling faint or lightheaded during the process.

You are allowed and encouraged to bring snacks and a drink/water with you.

Candy also helps. Food must be eaten in the lobby, there is no eating allowed in the stations. Drinks are fine. We also provide filtered water in our lobby to refill your bottles for your convenience.

The shop keeps glucose tablets on hand for clients that may begin to feel faint.
